La côte de Chignon is part of the Saintot history. This cuvée comes from a single parcel, La côte de chignon. On the top of this parcel, a cherry tree of the family planted in 1934, planted by William's father, Clément Saintot. As far as the champagne is concerned, we will see that it has a very powerful nose mixing plum flesh, prune, vanilla brioche and toast. The palate is very well bound and astonishingly rich and fat while being balanced by freshness. A wine of exceptional tension and character.
