This rosé champagne has a bleeding of about 100%. Once served, we observe a deep pink color with an expressive nose. On the palate it expresses a fleshy, fruity rosé with a sensation of sparkling freshness. It should be served as an aperitif or with fruit and bitter chocolate desserts.
