A sophisticated Champagne, from aperitif to a memorable gastronomic experience
The vintage is the choice of an exceptional year in which only a selection of the first crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will enter the composition of this blend. On the nose, it will be very expressive and will deliver flattering floral scents, notes of vanilla apple pie and pears. Once tasted, it offers us generous flavors of dried fruits in the middle of the mouth and a clean and persistent finish. A rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in the William Saintot style.
