The trilogy is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. At first impression, the power comes out on the complicity of undergrowth notes enhanced by cocoa nuances. As the wine is aired, hints of exotic fruits such as pineapple come to the fore. The aspects in the mouth are translated by a suppleness to finish with an explosive bouquet of citrus fruits. This cuvée par excellence will accompany your dishes and your red fruit tarts.
